The Role & Daily Flow (San Antonio, TX)

As an Account Executive (1099 Commission Closer), you will own the full sales cycle targeting growing multi-location and multi-department service companies:

• Prospecting & Executive Outreach: Connect with operations directors, general managers, and business owners in San Antonio, TX.
• Custom Routing Demos: Walk prospective clients through live call simulations demonstrating multi-department transfers and intelligent after-hours escalations.
• Closing Subscriptions: Close accounts at the $249/month recurring tier using direct Stripe payment links.
• Pipeline Ownership: Run your pipeline autonomously with full flexibility and zero administrative overhead.

Uncapped Compounding Compensation

• 35% Upfront Monthly Residuals (Years 1 & 2): Earn 35% of all recurring revenue ($87.15/month per account).
• 20% Lifetime Recurring Residuals (Year 3+): Retain 20% ongoing monthly revenue as long as accounts remain active.
• Compounding Income: Closing 6 accounts/month builds over $5,200/month recurring by month 12 ($62,000/yr baseline), scaling to $100,000–$120,000+ in Year 2.
• Realistic First-Year OTE: $60,000 – $130,000+ (uncapped).
